Dr. Chu has earned his BA in Mathematics from National Central University, Taiwan, an MS in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Tech. and a Ph D. in Computer Science and Applications. For more than thirty years, Dr. Chu has involved in the Information Technology field. He has deep expertise in Business Modeling, IBM Business Leadership Model (BLM), Architecture of Integrated Information System (ARIS) and Process Asset Library, Enterprise Architecture, The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF), ArchiMate Architecture Description Language, Business Process Management, Process Classification Framework (PCF) and company benchmarking, Service-Oriented Architecture, The Open Group SOA Reference Architecture, IBM Component Business Modeling (CBM), IBM Service-Oriented Modeling Architecture (SOMA), Cloud Computing, Big Data, Mobile Computing and Social Network Computing.


Dr. Chu has worked with enterprises, known as AT & T , USA, Kingdee (China) and MITAC (Taiwan). He has previously served as the Chief Enterprise Architect of Kingdee and the Executive Director of SOA Innovation Center, cooperated with IBM. Most of the research projects concentrated on Business Modeling and Planning, Business Process Management (BPM), SOA Reference Architecture and Cloud Computing Reference Architecture.


During his career as the Dual Chief Technology Officer of The Open Group in China, Dr. Chu has devoted himself in Chinese localization of TOGAF training courseware and exam questions for certificates, promoting TOGAF and Enterprise Architecture in China, SOA Reference Architecture, Open Service Integrated Maturity Model, SOA Implementation Methodology based on TOGAF, Cloud Computing Architecture Development Methodology.


Dr. Chu is currently served as a consultant of global fortune 500 telecommunication/mobile phone/cloud computing data center. With the utilization of business architecture and business process, Dr. Chu has been assisting on strategic planning and implementing annual change projects. Benchmarking business model with the top enterprise, procedures and IT and application have been persistently used to accomplish the goals of the company,


Dr. Chu has taught Enterprise Architecture courses in the Chinese Culture University, including TOGAF and ArchiMate practice cases. He has organized architecture modeling language for reputational enterprises, institutes and employee training companies.

Dr.Pallab Saha


  Dr. Pallab Saha was with the National University of Singapore.

His current research, consulting and teaching interests include Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Governance. Dr. Saha has published three books, Handbook of Enterprise Systems Architecture in Practice; Advances in Government Enterprise Architecture; and Coherency Management–Architecting the Enterprise for Alignment, Agility and Assurance. His books are widely referred by practitioners and researchers around the world, making it to the Top Seller list in 2008 and 2009. His papers have been translated and published in Korean, Russian and Polish.


Dr. Saha is the primary author of the Methodology for AGency ENTerprise Architecture (MAGENTA) and Government EA Guidebook for the Government of Singapore and has led them to international prominence. They are available in IDS Scheer’s ARIS Toolset. (IDS is merged with Software A& G.) He is a recipient of the Microsoft research grant in the area of Government EA supported by the UN and the World Bank and consults extensively both public and private sectors. He has provided consulting services to the Ministry of Defence, Defence Science and Technology Agency, Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore, Integrated Health Information Systems, IP Office of Singapore, CPF Board, SingHealth, Governments of Oman and Kazakhstan, and Great Eastern Life Assurance among others. He has been invited as a distinguished speaker to the World Bank, Carnegie Mellon University, UN University, The Open Group, Microsoft, SAP Labs, Denmark IT Society, Korea Institute for IT Architecture, IEEE, SGGovCamp, Nanyang Business School, IIM Bangalore, Governments of South Australia, Jordan, UAE, Macau, Korea, Kazakhstan, Colombia and several Singaporean government agencies such as Auditor-General’s Office, Workforce Development Agency and Chief Information Officer’s Forum. His work has been featured and cited by the UN, WHO, United States DoD, Carlsberg and The Open Group and has contributed to the World Bank’s EA Guidelines for Vietnam and Bangladesh.


Featured as an Architect in the Spotlight by the Journal of EA he has been an external examiner for research degrees to the University of New South Wales, and a Visiting Researcher to the UN University. Earlier, as Head of Development he has managed Baxter's offshore center in Bangalore. He has had engagements in Fortune 100 organizations in various capacities. Dr. Saha holds a Ph.D in Management (Information Systems) from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and has received the best research design and best thesis awards. He is an alumnus of the MIT Sloan Executive Program.
